Alchemy Touch Screens:

These pictures represent some of the typical screen layouts. When used in conjunction with the PC and Wonderware software package, additional screens allow the operator to store pre-defined leveling recipes on the PC and for them to be accessed via the touch screen.

The data associated with a given part or recipe number can be retrieved from the PC and downloaded. The procedure is fully automatic and requires no operator control of the PC.

Both the recipe data and part number reference files are prepared on the PC using a Windows environment.

The software package also enables the operator to view parameter records. Data captured by the program is stored on disk in a compressed form for 60 days. Data during this period may be read and displayed on the PC screen.
