The Cemco Streamline Range Pat Pend. horizontal processor has been configured and qualified for use with MEC™ MECetchBOND CZ-8100 chemistry at a conveyor speed of 500 – 1000mm/min.

The complete, simple to use treatment system provides a superior copper surface topography for enhanced adhesion properties between the copper and Photo Polymer coatings. The system comprises pre-cleaning, pre-dip, microetch and acid rinse stages. A number of options are available including automatic dosing, loading and unloading and higher throughput capacity.
