The Cemco Streamline Range Pat Pend. horizontal processor has been configured and qualified for use with OMG Electronic Chemicals Co-Bra Bond ® at a conveyor speed of 1000mm/min.

Co-Bra Bond ® is a peroxide/sulphuric based chemistry surface treatment system comprising a simple 3 step oxide replacement process that eliminates the need for standard Oxide and DMAB (Dimethylamine Borane) reduction. The oxide surface is exceptionally resistant to scratches and handling damage. The system comprises pre-cleaning, pre-dip and Co-Bra Bond ® treatment stages. A number of options are available including automatic dosing, loading and unloading and higher throughput capacity.
