horizontal processor has been configured and qualified for use with CharterMATE TM immersion silver chemistries at a conveyor speed of
300-500mm/min. This whole process solution provides a dense, non-porous silver deposit that meets IPC 4553 and ensures exceptional first pass yields, excellent soldering, and long-term reliability. The system provides cleaning, microetch, predip, plating and anti-tarnish stages. Several options are available to suit individual customer preferences including loading and unloading devices, automatic dosing, and higher throughput capability. |
