This Cemco Streamline Range Pat Pend. horizontal processor has been configured and qualified for use with Enthone's AlphaSTAR TM immersion silver chemistries at a conveyor speed of 300-500mm/min.

This whole process solution provides a dense, non-porous silver deposit  and ensures exceptional first pass yields, excellent soldering, and long-term reliability. Furthermore, the additional post treatment prevents creep corrossion. The system provides cleaning, microetch, predip and plating stages. Several options are available to suit individual customers’ preferences including loading and unloading devices, automatic dosing, an post treatment stage and higher throughput capability.
